Wintana Kiros RDN, LDN

I’m Wintana Kiros, RDN, LDN — a registered dietitian nutritionist, speaker, author of The 28-Day Anti-Inflammatory Diet, and founder of Reset Lifestyle, a virtual nutrition and wellness practice serving the DMV area and beyond.


My journey into wellness began through years of clinical work in hospitals, rehabilitation centers, and long-term care facilities, including the start of my career at Johns Hopkins Hospital. After more than a decade working with patients facing chronic disease, I realized something important: people didn’t just need nutrition advice — they needed support in transforming their lifestyle as a whole.


I saw younger and younger patients struggling with preventable conditions like diabetes, high blood pressure, inflammation, and burnout. Many knew what to do, but lacked the tools, systems, habits, and support to make lasting change. That realization inspired me to create Reset Lifestyle.


At Reset Lifestyle, I help busy, high-achieving women improve their health through a whole-person approach that goes beyond calories and meal plans. I believe true wellness includes nutrition, stress management, sleep, movement, hydration, emotional well-being, and self-care. My goal is to help women build sustainable habits that allow them to feel good, look good, and show up fully for themselves, their families, and their purpose.


What makes my approach unique is the combination of evidence-based nutrition education, behavioral change coaching, and my background in fashion and styling. I understand that confidence and wellness are deeply connected, and I love helping women reduce decision fatigue, simplify healthy living, and reconnect with themselves from the inside out.


Over the years, I’ve had the honor of speaking at wellness conferences and being featured on local television and in publications including the Huffington Post, Shape, Martha Stewart, Livestrong, Parents, and more. I was also recognized in Today’s Dietitian as one of the “10 RDs Making a Difference.”


Above all, I believe health is not about perfection or punishment — it’s about creating a lifestyle that helps you thrive. The vision of Reset Lifestyle is to help people GAIN their whole health rather than simply focus on weight LOSS.


When I’m not teaching or working with clients, you can find me enjoying spicy food with my family, discovering hidden gems at local boutiques, sneaking in a weekend nap, or supporting minority-owned businesses in my community.
