Many health programs are overly complex and only address some of the habits that impact wellness. The moment our busy lives get in the way, new habits take a backseat. Maybe you always felt you could not be more active because of a medical condition. Or you're doomed to diagnoses that run in your family. Perhaps it's a lack of support from your friends and loved ones? But your health and happiness isn't determined by your genetics or family background; it just relies on you getting the guidance you need.
We'll help you develop a unique plan - taking into account your mental health, family history, hormonal disorders, personality, confidence level, your season of life, and more. Then we'll help you take ownership of your progress. Work with us to truly reset your lifestyle and build lasting, sustainable wellness.
The first step in our process, our wellness consultation will help give us a baseline to determine if one on one sessions or group coaching would be best for you.
We assess your general motivation for change and 6 factors that affect your overall well being -- sleep, stress, emotional health, hydration, nutrition and movement. We also assess your season of life (i.e. motherhood, pregnancy, new job, divorce, or empty nesting) and identify the unique challenges that affect your wellness during that particular season.
Additionally, during this session, we will assess your need for health care and lifestyle experts, make recommendations for providers or establish connections to work with the providers you already know and trust.
ONE ON ONE COACHING
If after your wellness consultation we determine that one on one coaching is right for you, we will meet twice a month and check in weekly through our community platform.
Here's what you can expect from your one on one coaching:
"Why session "- We'll help you dig deep to help you find your true motivation for lifestyle change
"Healthy habit schedule optimization" - We'll look at where you spend your time from waking up to going to bed and then determine how you can start to implement and automate healthy habits into your busy routine
“Medical nutrition assessment”- We'll get clear on your internal well being by looking at your labs, gut health, 5-7 days diet intake, food and drug medication evaluation and prescribing the appropriate supplements for your body
“ Meal planning strategies” - We'll teach a simple easy tool to plan a two week cycle menu for the month for you and your family that aligns with your goals
“Strategy sessions”- We'll continue ongoing evaluation and modification recommendation to ensure you're on track with habit changes and achieving your wellness goals
If after your wellness consultation we determine that group coaching is right for you, during a 6-12 week program you will be part of a group with like-minded people on the journey to improve their lifestyle. Each group coaching cohort will be customized to focus on specific habits based on the group's needs. We will meet weekly and have additional weekly check-ins through our community platform.
Here's what you can expect from your group coaching:
Two individual sessions with Wintana to assess your specific needs and progress
Guest experts teach 4 out of the 12 weeks on topics that include hormones, sexual health, clean beauty and style
We'll do foundational work, determining your why for change, helping you create your visual wellness plan, and teaching you how to hack your schedule to build healthy habits
We'll do internal work, teaching you how to calculate your calorie needs, understand macronutrients (carbohydrate, protein and fats), read nutrition labels and plan meals
We'll do external work, teaching how to optimize your sleep, manage your stress, improve your emotional awareness, increase your movement and reset your environment to help you create healthy habits
Take care of your team's health through wellness "lunch and learn" sessions.

Completely virtual and convenient, our online community is the perfect place to connect with like-minded people, share your wins, cheer on others, ask questions, get information, classes and resources and so much more! Our community is membership-based, private and exclusive. It's just the right amount of connection and accountability to help keep you on track as you implement all of the tools and new habits to make sustainable lasting changes to your lifestyle. All one on one and group coaching clients will have access to our community.

Do you accept insurance?
Yes. Reset Lifestyle is in network with Cigna. Upon request, I can provide you with a superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. I also accept FSA and HSA account cards.
Do you work with people who live outside of Maryland?
Yes. My group coaching is for all states. If you would like to work with me on a one on one basis, that is determined after your wellness consultation.
Do you offer meal plans?
Yes. I offer a meal planner with several options that fit your needs and honor your culture and traditions.
Do you provide single sessions?
No. At this time I ONLY work with clients for who are able to commit a minimum of 3 to 6 sessions. However, a Wellness Consultation is a great place to start for a baseline assessment of your wellness.
Do you see clients/patients in your office?
Reset Lifestyle is fully virtual. All meetings are conducted on a HIPPA secure, encrypted platform you can log into using your cell phone, tablet, or computer.
How do virtual appointments work?
All virtual appointments have one initial 30-45 minute Wellness Consultation. All follow-up sessions take place every 2 weeks and last approximately 30-45 minutes (with the exception of the medical nutrition therapy session that lasts 60-90 minutes). In between sessions, you'll have weekly community check-ins as well as class 2x per month in the community. Office hours are Monday through Thursday, 10 am to 3 pm EST.
